The median list price in Dallas County was $365,000 in January 2026, 2.7% lower than in January 2025 ($375,000). There were 5,863 active listings, 8.8% more than a year earlier (5,390), and the median days on market was 67, the same as a year earlier. Pending listings numbered 1,579, and 26% of active listings had a price reduction during the month (34% a year earlier).
